An out of town customer met with the Mr. Ed Department at our Rodeo Ford location last Wednesday and this is what he had to say about his experience:
“Gill called me on Wednesday morning. He went over what I was looking for…and took time to listen to my requirements.. Within an hour I got a call from a lender and an hour later Gill called me to tell me the deal had been done. We drove down from Payson, all the way to Goodyear to do this deal. Prior to leaving Payson, I asked Gill some very specific questions about the car and he answered them directly and accurately. When I got there to look at the car, it was exactly as he had represented. The deal he put together for us was fantastic. He was exceptional to deal with, and I feel he went above and beyond in allowing us to get into the car we wanted. I believe that exceptional service to the customer is something you don t find too often any more, but when you do, I think it is important to acknowledge it…Again, my thanks.”
